Returns and Exchanges
OUR QUICK AND EASY RETURN POLICY
MagTrim® must be notified of damages, incorrect shipments or the desire to return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. We provide two return options:
A. Defective or Damaged Product? Please send your defect issue request, including images and a list of product issues, to support@magtrim.com. We offer replacements only on defective merchandise. Issues must be approved by MagTrim® to receive a replacement.
B. Buyers Remorse Returns? While we would love for you to be happy with your purchase, we know that sometimes an item may not match your design style. Please note that our online images represent our products to the best specifications as images will allow so please purchase accordingly. STORE CREDIT only (less original shipping fees) will be provided for this type of return. In addition, shipping fees for returns back to the MagTrim® warehouse must be paid by the customer.
