A production run has a minimum. Instead of gambling on which favorites to bring back and sitting on inventory, we'd rather be straight with you: tell us what you want, and we'll make exactly that. Your reservation is what turns a maybe into a yes.
The fine print, in plain English
Reserve now — you're only charged if your style is made. If it reaches 15 sets by Sunday, August 23, we make it, charge your card, and ship by October 17.
If your style misses its goal, the hold is released and you're never charged. You may see a temporary pending hold on your statement until then — that's all it is.
Each style is independent. Some may make it, some may not. You're only charged for the ones that do.
