Terms/Conditions/Returns

ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally processed and shipped out within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

SHIPPING RATES AND POLICIES
MagTrim Designs ships via FED EX Ground, FED EX 2 day, FED EX Overnight, and USPS. Rates are based on merchandise total and apply to orders shipped to a single address within the 48 contiguous states. For shipments going to Alaska or Hawaii, please refer to the shipping chart.  FED EX Ground delivery time varies based on location (see map below).

PAYMENT METHODS
MagTrim Designs accepts American Express, Mastercard, Visa,and Paypal. For security purposes, the billing address you provide must match the billing address your credit card company uses for payment. Delivery may be to another address of your choosing. Without correct information, we will be unable to obtain bank authorization for your purchase and the order will be cancelled. This system is for your protection and was set up by credit card companies and online retailers to help prevent credit card fraud.  

BACKORDERS AND OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will be sent an email offering you the option of having the order backordered and shipped when available OR being refunded for the item.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
MagTrim Designs wants nothing more than for you to be satisfied with your purchase. However, MagTrim Designs must be notified of damages or the desire to return merchandise within 48 hours of receipt of merchandise.  To return or exchange a purchase, please email customer service at sales@magtrim.com or CONTACT US and be sure to include your order number, desired action (return or exchange), and a brief reason for the return/exchange. We will send you an appropriate RA number.  PLEASE NOTE: Orders shipped back to MagTrim Designs without a corresponding RA # will NOT be refunded! Except in the case of defective merchandise or a mistake made by MagTrim Designs in filling the order (e.g. incorrect product or quantity shipped), we are unable to refund shipping charges.  If an item is damaged during shipping, please keep the item and packaging, email us right away, and we'll send instructions on how claims are handled.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Do you accept telephone orders? Fax orders? Email orders? Can I mail you a check or money order?
All retail orders must be placed online via our secure shopping cart system. Wholesalers may request a catalog and pay by check, credit card, or online.

How will I know you've received my order? Or that it has been shipped?

Once you've successfully submitted your order, you'll almost immediately receive an automatic confirmation of your transaction to the email address you provided (so be sure to check and double-check that you've entered the address correctly). When your order ships out, you will be emailed a confirmation and tracking number.

Do I need my order number when emailing with questions about my order?
Yes. Please keep our email confirming receipt of your order. All the information you'll need regarding your order is contained in that message.
